Questions and Answers

Q. Where do Ulink buses go?

Simply click on the map above to download it and view full details or use the journey planner. Buses U1-U4 stop right outside Cabot Circus and the U5 is very handy for Broadmead.

Q. What is the nearest stop to my house?

The easiest way to find this out is to use the Bristol Streets website. Click on 'buses' on the left panel and then drag the map to find your house on it!

Q. What are Ulink buses like?

A. Our buses are mainly single deck, new and have space for buggies and wheelchairs. They are some of the lowest emission buses in the country.

Q. Will Ulink buses be on time?

A. Bristol has some of the worst and most variable congestion in the country and this affects all traffic, but we try hard to keep to the timetable and we will always try to respond to any comments you may have on your journey. To keep informed on traffic incidents you may wish to visit the BBC Bristol website.

Q. How do I use Ulink?

A. You can simply pay the driver on the bus. While our day tickets are straightforward, our monthly travel pass is even better value. For the public, these can be bought at McColls in the Galleries; a special discount student ticket is available from UWE Students Union. You can use a diamond travel card for England after 9am — please show it clearly to our drivers.
Please signal very clearly to the driver when you want to catch the bus, and ring the bell well before your stop.

Please read the Terms & Conditions of Travel.
